ANSWER: I have numerous training sessions each day at a few different gyms... from MMA striking, boxing and Muay Thai, along with wrestling over at TTD and Jiu-Jitsu sessions. I have added some mental training for this camp as well. It has really helped me learn more about myself both inside and outside of the cage. I am in a good place heading into this fight and feel confident.
