Q: When and why did you start training for fighting?
ANSWER:
I started fighting when I was 19, but since I was very young, I have always liked fights and martial arts. It has been a way for me to deal with my fighting soul and to become a winner.

My debut in the UFC because I was in one division up and I was injured. I was in Brazil, so I traveled to Australia to fight in one of the biggest UFC events

Rodrigo Minotauro was someone I grew up watching fighting. He never gave up and was very kind; he helped a lot of people and that inspired me.

ANSWER:
Before I started working as a fighter, I used to work in a market doing whatever was needed. I had several small jobs before I could make a living as a fighter.

I love nature and beaches. And I'm very attached to my family who is in Brazil. I love traveling.
