Q: When and why did you start training for fighting?

ANSWER: I originally played an Irish sport called Gaelic Football and boxed on the side, started getting some injuries from it, and when I was 16 got bored of the rehab and went down to the MMA gym and never looked back.

ANSWER: Cage Warriors bantamweight title

ANSWER: Cage Warriors Bantamweight World Champion

ANSWER: 3 regional titles

Q: What has been your toughest fight to date and why?

ANSWER: My toughest fight to date was my UFC debut; my first and only professional loss. I fought an experienced guy on very short notice. It was close, but we took a lot from it.

ANSWER: Volkanovski - elite mentality, trains very, very hard & has done it at the highest level for a long time.
