Q: When and why did you start training for fighting?
ANSWER:
I tried out an MMA class in 2008 and from the first punch I knew I could do this.
Q: Training:
ANSWER:
A typical day of training for me is waking up at 6am, training until noon, then rest or hang out with my family until about 5pm. Then I’ll take my kids to the kids’ class at our gym and I’ll do my hard training from about 7 to 10pm.

ANSWER:
Anderson Silva, because of his dominating career

ANSWER:
It means I'm blessed, I'm supposed to be here, and that all my hard work wasn't a waste.

ANSWER:
The Randy Brown hammerfist KO. It let me know I can finish the fight from anywhere and anything can happen.

Jesus and my wife because she has been with me since the beginning

For a short time, I studied criminal justice and it wasn't for me.

Landscaping & I own my own pressure washing business.

My wife and I have been married 15 years, we have 7 kids from 1 to 13 years old, a dog, chickens, ducks and fish. I love fishing, spending time with family and watching our kids do the things they love.
