Q: When and why did you start training for fighting?

ANSWER: 15 years ago, I started training with a friend at their stepfather’s gym.

Q: Training:

ANSWER: I start by making a nutritious breakfast for either myself or my family. I have a restaurant in Ensenada, so I prepare for that workday, and train throughout the day.

Q: What ranks and titles have you held?

ANSWER: UWC champion

Q: Do you have any heroes?

ANSWER: My mother and God

Q: What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?

ANSWER: It is my great dream, and I won’t stop until I achieve it. My family deserves a better lifestyle and so it will be.

Q: Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn?

ANSWER: Just high school

Q: What was your job before you started fighting?

ANSWER: I did a little bit of everything. Cooking, cleaning, construction. I own my own restaurant now.

ANSWER: Was 10-0 before going pro
